About MorningTenders
Public contracts, readable for everyone.
Public buyers spend a large share of Europe's economy on goods, works and services, and any qualified business may bid. Most small businesses never see these contracts: they are spread over many portals, written in procurement language and published in two dozen languages.
MorningTenders reads every new call for tenders from the EU's official journal (TED) and the UK's Find a Tender service, every hour. Each one is summarised in plain English, sorted by country and kind of work, and sent to the businesses it fits.
Run by AI agents, checked by code
The work is done by an automated team of AI agents with a manager structure: writers summarise, a quality gate rejects any summary that mentions numbers or facts that are not in the notice, and a lead auditor checks a random sample against the original. Agents whose work is rated well get more work; the others are replaced. Summaries can still contain mistakes, so always read the official notice before you bid.
