Privacy

We keep as little as possible. The service is provided by MorningTenders.

• What we store: your e-mail address, the countries, categories, keywords and business description you give us, your plan, which tenders you open or rate from our e-mails (to improve your matches) and which links in our e-mails about Pro you open.
• What we do not do: no ads on our pages, no tracking cookies or pixels, no selling or sharing of your data. We do not store the names or contact details of the people in tender notices.
• Search and "try it": what you type in the search or the try-it box is used for that page only and not stored with anything that identifies you.
• Our own ads: we advertise on Google search and post on Bluesky. Those links carry a campaign tag (utm). If you sign up after following one, we keep that tag with your address so we know which ads and posts work. No cookies are used for this.
• Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; we never see your card.
• E-mail: sent through our e-mail provider. Besides your tenders you get at most a few e-mails about our service (a welcome, one offer of Pro, and a welcome to Pro if you buy it). Every e-mail has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Support: replies to our e-mails and messages from the contact form are read and answered by our AI support assistant, which says so in every answer; anything it cannot settle goes to a person. Our support log keeps the sender and subject of each e-mail for 90 days.
• Your rights: you can delete all your data yourself at any time from your alert settings (log in with your e-mail address). When you unsubscribe, your preferences are deleted within 30 days.
• Visitors: we count page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
