Design, build and supervision of a new border crossing at Strumyani, Bulgaria

The buyer wants a contractor to design, build and supervise a new border checkpoint at Strumyani, on the Bulgarian border with North Macedonia. Scope includes drilling a water well about 80 m deep for the checkpoint, preparing the water-protection zone documents, and producing the investment design through to the technical phase. The contractor must also handle permits and support the buyer until the works are accepted. The project aims to improve regional transport links.
