The buyer, the town of Nový Jičín, wants a full renovation of an administrative building at Suvorovova 1854/152. Work covers complete power and low-current wiring, new switchboards, lighting, sockets and data outlets. It also includes replacing two gas boilers with a condensing gas boiler and an electric boiler, and radiator refits.
