Design documentation for a new public space in Hukvaldy, Czechia

The Hukvaldy municipality wants design documentation for a new public space on the Hukvaldský dvůr brownfield site. The scope covers green-blue infrastructure, street furniture, water features, permeable surfaces and rainwater management, based on a hydrogeological assessment. The space must be open to everyone. The work includes all planning and permits needed for the project, including representing the buyer in permit proceedings. The design must follow the Just Transition programme rules on environmental protection and climate resilience.
