Interior reconstruction of pavilions E and F at VŠB-TUO in Ostrava, Czechia

The buyer, the Technical University of Ostrava (VŠB-TUO), wants the full interior reconstruction of two university pavilions, E and F, on its Ostrava-Poruba campus. Work includes new interior surfaces, floors, wall and ceiling finishes, and internal doors. Building services will be modernised, including water, drainage, power and low-current wiring, ventilation, cooling, partial heating and gas, plus compressed air and control systems. The contract also covers tests, inspections, as-built documentation and BIM delivery.
