The buyer, Zlín Region, wants construction works to protect the Holešov strategic industrial zone from flooding. The works follow the project design for water infrastructure inside the zone (east and south parts). The aim is to stop surface water flowing in when the Mojena river overflows its banks. The Zlín Region is buying a mobile pay-as-you-go ticketing app for individual passenger trips across transport systems. The contract includes running and supporting the app, plus an internal back-office web application. It shows users, trips, transactions and statistics, with export of raw data for chosen periods. A framework agreement will be signed with one supplier, chosen by the most advantageous tender. Orders follow later without re-tendering, and no minimum volume is guaranteed. Other Czech regions may also order the app later.
