Civil engineering works for a new indoor swimming pool in Ratzeburg, Germany

The buyer wants civil engineering (Tiefbau) work for the replacement building of the Aqua Siwa indoor swimming pool in Ratzeburg. The new two-storey building has a swimming pool and a multi-purpose pool, with a lifting floor and a diving system in the main pool. It is solid construction with timber roofs and steel trusses over the halls, about 3,331 m² gross floor area. The existing pool stays open until the new building is finished.
