Purchase of passenger cars for Hamburg public bodies, Germany

The buyer, the City of Hamburg's procurement centre for the Interior and Sport authority, wants framework agreements with as many car makers, general agents or authorised dealers as possible. The cars are for all Hamburg authorities, agencies, state enterprises and universities, plus selected public bodies and companies. Three lots: fully battery-electric, plug-in hybrid, and all other drive types such as mild hybrid, gas, petrol or diesel. Annual need is about 127 vehicles.
