Architectural design services to convert a former swimming pool in Haidmühle, Germany

The municipality of Haidmühle wants an architect to plan the conversion of its closed indoor swimming pool into a citizens' centre with an event hall. The work is done with the Lower Bavarian government. The contract covers building and interior design planning under the German fee scheme HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1, Section 34. The buyer will use a negotiated procedure with a call for competition.
