Gigabit broadband network planning, build and operation in Syrgenstein, Germany

The buyer, the municipality of Syrgenstein, wants a network operator to plan, build and run a gigabit broadband network in three rollout areas (lots 1 to 3). This is a services concession under the federal gigabit subsidy scheme. The operator earns mainly from end-customer fees, and the buyer may pay a grant to cover any funding gap.
