The Max Planck Society in Munich wants a framework agreement for supplying telephone and video conferencing equipment. It covers Cisco VoIP devices, accessories and licences, Ascom DECT handsets and base stations, and video display systems. Four lots, each with one framework partner. Scope includes ordering via the buyer's digital marketplace, supply, maintenance services, a partner hotline, and reporting. Accessories can be ordered separately.
