Operation of a concrete sleeper factory in Fredericia, Denmark

Banedanmark wants a contractor to run its concrete sleeper factory in Fredericia day to day. The contractor makes pre-stressed concrete sleepers, including switch sleepers and special types for bridge rail expansions, using the long line method. It buys raw materials, ensures quality, and loads finished sleepers for pickup. Operations are expected to start 1 January 2028, after a setup period from 1 September 2027.
