Framework agreement for fuel supply and card payment in Valencia, Spain

The buyer, the Valencia Provincial Council, wants a framework agreement for fuel supply for vehicles and similar equipment. Products include fuel, AdBlue and other additives, and LPG. Fuel is sold at service stations and paid by magnetic-stripe or similar cards. Lot 1 covers fuel and car washing across all municipalities in Valencia province. Lot 2 covers fuel and industrial washing for tractors with attached machinery in the coastal area. Lot 3 covers home delivery of fuel into fixed tanks. Bodies joining the central purchasing body may also order.
