Harm reduction services for people who use drugs in nine areas of Estonia

The buyer wants providers for harm reduction services for people who use drugs in Estonia. Services aim to reduce risky drug use, infections and overdoses, and link clients to health and social services. The contract is split into nine lots covering Harju County including Tallinn, Järva, Lääne-Viru and Ida-Viru counties. Each lot is awarded to one provider for one year, with a possible extension into 2028.
