The buyer, the city of Forssa, wants one bundled basic IT service. It covers a service desk and end-user support, including on-site local support at the buyer's premises. It also covers Microsoft services and device management for workstations, tablets, mobile devices and AV equipment. Related services are available as an option. Network services are not included. Partial or alternative bids are not accepted. Tenders must be in Finnish.
