Public lighting maintenance and repair contract in Hollola, Finland

Hollola municipality wants a framework partner for maintenance and repair of its public lighting network. Work includes yearly maintenance rounds, separately ordered maintenance, repair and small renovation jobs, round-the-clock fault call-out with a 2-hour response time, network documentation, and a lighting network manager role. The contract runs 2027-2028, with two optional one-year extensions (2029 and 2030) at the buyer's discretion. Full scope is in the tender annexes.
