Distribution network inspection services in Kouvola, Finland (two lots)

Two electricity network companies in Kouvola want inspection services for their distribution network. Lot 1 covers condition inspections of poles, lines, cables, switches, substations, transformers and distribution cabinets, plus earth resistance measurements and small repairs found during inspection. Lot 2 covers inspection of newly built network sections and quality and safety supervision during construction. Bidders may bid for one or both lots.
