Surface dressing and cold-laid bituminous works on Rhône roads, Lyon, France

The Département du Rhône wants a framework agreement for surface dressing (enduits superficiels) and cold-laid bituminous materials (MBCF) on its departmental road network. Work is ordered through purchase orders at unit prices. Two lots are awarded separately: surface dressing, and cold-laid bituminous materials. The framework may occasionally cover non-road departmental land, such as car parks. All work must be done in daylight only.
