Shared composting support services for Le Mans Métropole, France

Le Mans Métropole wants a provider to develop and support shared composting across its area over three years. Work is ordered through purchase orders under a framework agreement, paid by unit prices. Lot 1 covers setting up new sites, monitoring new and existing sites, helping sites become self-managing, training site referents, and running a referent network. Lot 2 covers support for large-scale composters. Each lot is awarded separately. The aim is to expand local food-waste sorting.
