Rental without driver of street-cleaning vehicles in Champigny-sur-Marne, France

The town hall of Champigny-sur-Marne wants to rent street-cleaning vehicles without drivers, including maintenance. It is split into three separate lots: suction road sweepers, road washing vehicles, and a refuse truck with a compactor body. The contract runs as a framework agreement, with orders placed as needed and unit prices.
