Food safety and hygiene training for ministry staff in Paris, France

The buyer, France's Ministry of Agriculture, wants training providers for staff on food safety and sanitary quality. The contract has two lots. Lot 1 covers courses in the ministry's national training programme, or outside it at the request of the DGAL, the food safety directorate. Lot 2 is a specific qualification course for official veterinarians in slaughterhouses, with four separate modules. Full details are in the technical specifications.
