Design and build upgrade of a recycling sorting line in Rouen area, France

The buyer wants a design-and-build contract to upgrade the sorting line for selective collections at its sorting centre near Rouen. Work is done inside the existing building, with no extension or architectural change. Scope includes design studies, shutdown and safety of the existing line, supply and installation of new equipment with electrics and controls, fire-safety adjustments, testing, commissioning, staff training, and outsourcing of tonnages after the first ten weeks, which the buyer covers.
