The buyer, Symevad, wants a company to recover rigid and flexible fuels made at its Tri Valorisation Matière Energie (TVME) sorting plant from household waste. The work is material and/or energy recovery. It is a single-supplier framework agreement, with work ordered through purchase orders. There are two lots: rigid fuels and flexible fuels.
