The buyer, Syndicat Mixte Entre Pic et Etang, wants a contractor to treat rubble collected in skips at recycling centres (déchèteries) across its territory. The aim is the most effective recovery of the material possible. The tender has four lots, one for each area: Grand Pic Saint Loup, Lunel Agglo and Pays de l'Or, Pays de Sommières and Rhôny-Vistre-Vidourle, and Terre de Camargue. The open procedure is a services contract.
