Architect design team for 31 housing units in Tours, France

The buyer, Val Touraine Habitat, wants an architecture and engineering design team for a 31-home residential project on Rue de la Bretonnière in Tours. The work covers demolition, asbestos removal and new construction. Homes will be 13 two-bedroom, 13 three-bedroom and 5 four-bedroom flats, built to the RE 2020 environmental standard. The team must cover design through to site supervision and end-of-warranty follow-up, plus extra studies.
