Renovation and operation of an equestrian centre in Bois de Boulogne, Paris, France

The City of Paris is offering a works concession. The winner renovates the Centre Hippique du Bois de Boulogne, an equestrian centre of three buildings with stables, offices, changing rooms, flats, two riding arenas and a covered ring with stands. In return, the winner runs the centre and keeps its income. The winner must carry out a minimum works programme and offer riding activities. No city funding is paid during the concession.
