The buyer, the City of Pontarlier, wants fuel supplies for its heating boilers. The contract is split into three lots. Lot 1: domestic heating oil for boilers in all city buildings. Lot 2: wood chips for the Pourny Congress Centre. Lot 3: wood pellets for three sites: Ferme des Boulots, Gounefay and Kayak. The city and the Grand Pontarlier community are buying jointly.
