Alcohol and drug recovery services framework in South and East Ayrshire, UK

South Ayrshire Council, leading a joint buy with East Ayrshire Council, wants to set up a multi-lot Flexible Framework Agreement for alcohol and drug recovery services and supports. Call-off contracts or partnership agreements will be awarded from it, either directly or by further competition. Six lots cover risk and harm reduction, treatment and recovery, whole family support including young people, recovery communities, independent advocacy and consultancy support. New entrants and existing providers can apply.
