Construction of a new market and multi-purpose centre in Koprivnica, Croatia

The buyer, the City of Koprivnica, wants a market and multi-purpose centre built in four phases. Phase one is a new market building with a green market, shops, catering, service and office space. Phase two demolishes the old market and creates a central public square with a bus and bike transport hub and an eco car park with EV charging points. Phase three builds a multi-purpose centre with a library, a multi-purpose hall and spaces for civil society and education. Phase four builds a local road with car parks and utilities. It is one lot.
