Construction works for the new "Zelena oaza" city park in Čakovec, Croatia

The buyer, Međimurska županija, wants building and trades works to create a new city park, "Zelena oaza", replacing an abandoned site in Čakovec. The park covers over 15 hectares, with children's play areas, a café kiosk with public toilets, a pump track, a fruit orchard, a water area, a bridge, an amphitheatre, and a dog park. This phase covers the basic infrastructure, construction and landscaping works, per the bill of quantities and design documents.
