Real estate consultancy frameworks for transport projects across Ireland

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) wants to set up two multi-supplier frameworks for real estate consultancy. Lot 1 covers public transport and corporate property, including light rail and metro, plus property acquisition, valuation, compensation and estate management. Lot 2 covers major and minor roads, greenways and active travel, nationwide, including land acquisition, valuation and compensation. The frameworks run for four years and are open to TII and local authorities, depending on the lot.
