Technical assistance for public administration reform in Amman, Jordan

The buyer wants technical assistance to improve how Jordan's public administration works and serves citizens. The work supports the Service and Public Administration Commission (SPAC) and selected public institutions. It covers competency frameworks, staff selection and leadership assessment tools, operational planning, and performance appraisal in practice.
