The buyer, Latvijas dzelzceļš (Latvian Railways), wants a contractor to modernise railway infrastructure on the Jāņavārti-Ogre line near Rīga. The work covers both design and construction. The tender has two lots: Jāņavārti-Salaspils and Salaspils-Ogre. Bidders may apply for one or both.
