Five Dutch municipalities and a joint work organisation want a provider for viability studies under the Bbz and IOAZ start-up support schemes. Main scope: various types of viability studies and independent business-economic advice. Optional extras, called on as needed: telephone advice, handling benefit and loan applications and administration, and guidance for (pre-)starters. Each participating organisation signs a separate framework agreement with one provider.
