The city of Utrecht wants one supplier under a framework agreement to supply, install, maintain and remove high-quality sanitary facilities. New units must be at least equal in lifespan, sturdiness, colour and size to the current ones. The agreement also covers service assurance, clear communication, client support and sustainability. Optional extra hygiene boxes may be added during the term.
