The municipality of Zwolle wants to buy bicycles in two separate lots, each awarded to one supplier under a framework agreement. Lot 1 covers enforcement bicycles, such as rugged mountain bikes and electric models, used for supervision and enforcement tasks. Lot 2 covers electric and non-electric business bicycles for short trips and travel between sites. Maintenance, repair and service are included. Leasing and rental are excluded.
