Training programme for MENA public officials, delivered from The Hague, Netherlands

The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs wants a training provider for its Shiraka Training Programme. Training is for civil servants and staff of semi-public organisations from MENA countries, including Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestinian Territories, Syria and Tunisia. Topics support rule of law, economic infrastructure and networks. Work is under a framework agreement, with standard training, tailor-made training and tailored support.
