Public transport plan consultancy for Møre og Romsdal county, Norway

Møre og Romsdal County wants a consultant to prepare a public transport plan. The plan will guide tenders, contracts, finances and priorities for buses, ferries, express boats and flexible transport up to 2040. It must show how to raise public transport use in towns, how district tenders should be prioritised and organised, and how resources can be used more effectively. The full assignment is in Annex 1.1.
