The buyer, the National Health Fund (NFZ) head office in Warsaw, wants subscriptions and post-warranty service for its Palo Alto devices. It is one single lot and partial bids are not allowed. Work is delivered at the NFZ head office. The subscription runs for 18 months from the date on the certificate acceptance protocol. The winning supplier must provide the subscription and a verifiable certificate within 7 days of signing the contract.
