Periodic asphalt surfacing works on national roads in Bucharest region, Romania

The buyer wants a framework agreement for periodic asphalt surfacing (covoare asfaltice) on national roads managed by its Bucharest regional roads directorate. The work keeps roads safe and passable. It is split into eight lots: Ploiesti, Bucharest, Giurgiu, Pitesti, Targoviste, and the A1, A2 and A3 motorway sections. Up to three operators will be appointed, with at least two call-off contracts per year.
