The buyer, the Alba County Police Inspectorate, wants a framework agreement for repairing and maintaining about 331 vehicles in its fleet, including cars, vans and minibuses. Work is split into 14 lots: mechanical and/or electrical services by vehicle make, and body and paint work (lot 13), plus roadworthiness testing (ITP, lot 14). Spare parts are included within a set maximum amount.
