Extension and upgrade of a lung clinic outpatient building in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

The buyer, Cluj County Council, wants construction works to extend, modernise and equip the outpatient clinic of the Leon Daniello Clinical Hospital of Pneumophthisiology in Cluj-Napoca. The works include demolishing an existing laundry building, constructing a new three-storey building with a basement, linking it to pavilion 2, and site landscaping. The new building will house a laundry, staff changing rooms, medical imaging, consultation rooms and treatment rooms. Utility networks, parking and planting of 11 trees are included. Single lot. Funded under a national health screening programme.
