Design and build of a bus depot with EV charging in Buftea, Romania

The buyer wants a contractor to design and build a new transport depot in Buftea, Ilfov County. Scope includes an administrative building, a repair workshop with car wash and inspection station, and a bus parking canopy. Works also cover paved areas, 24 parking spaces, fencing, and a rooftop solar system of at least 146.25 kWp. Ten overnight bus chargers, two 22 kW car chargers and an energy audit are included. Duration: 18 months (3 months design, 15 months construction).
