Halmstad municipality wants a financial leasing supplier for vehicles and other leased items. Separate contracts will be signed for vehicle leasing and for other leasing objects. The supplier must offer financing for both areas. This is a services tender under an open procedure, with one lot.
Halmstad municipality plans to hire a contractor for the Tullkammarkajen development area. The work covers rebuilding and new construction of public land: quay renovation, pedestrian and cycle bridges, streets, utility networks and parks. It is a design-and-build contract in strategic partnership. Construction will be done in stages, starting in the north and moving south, with earliest start in 2028.
