New 80-bed care and nursing home building in Osby, Sweden

The buyer, Osby municipality, wants a contractor to build a new care and nursing home with 80 places in Osby town. The scope includes living areas, support rooms, a day-activity room, public spaces and the outdoor area. The new building must link to the existing Rönnebacken building on the same property, so food and staff can move between them. The work is a design-and-build general contract. It is tendered as one total-price lot, with an option.
