The buyer wants a contractor to carry out construction works for its sustainable urban mobility project in Moreni. Scope includes roads, public transport stops, an integrated e-ticketing system, smart traffic management, bus priority, video monitoring, a dispatch centre, pedestrian zones and a bus depot. Minimum results: upgrade 11 streets in 14 sections, build 65 public transport stops, five pedestrian zones and a depot with solar power and six charging points. Supply and installation of equipment is included. Electric buses are excluded.
