Energy efficiency design and works supervision for 50 public buildings in Albania

The buyer, Albania's Ministry of Finance, wants investment-ready documents for 50 local public buildings in Berat, Shkodër, Korçë and Përmet. Buildings include offices, kindergartens, libraries and social and cultural centres. Work covers energy audits, detailed designs, permit documents, bills of quantities, environmental and social plans, and tender documents. The contractor will also supervise civil works on the selected buildings. The contract runs in two phases over 60 months, with a 12-month pause between them.
