Assessment of aviation non-CO2 emissions reporting framework in Brussels, Belgium
The European Commission's climate action department wants support assessing the EU framework for monitoring, reporting and verifying non-CO2 effects from aviation. The work has two parts. First, assess the results of applying the framework and write a report for the EU co-legislators. Second, provide analytical support on policy options to address non-CO2 effects, and help the Commission if a new legislative proposal is appropriate. This is a services contract under an open procedure.
