The Zlín Region is buying a mobile pay-as-you-go ticketing app for individual passenger trips across transport systems. The contract includes running and supporting the app, plus an internal back-office web application. It shows users, trips, transactions and statistics, with export of raw data for chosen periods. A framework agreement will be signed with one supplier, chosen by the most advantageous tender. Orders follow later without re-tendering, and no minimum volume is guaranteed.
